What are the exact course times?
Please arrive between 8.30 and 9.00 for coffee or tea etc prompt for a 9.00am start. We will finish no later than 16.30.
What food and refreshments are provided?
All the usual tea, coffee and light refreshments are provide throughout the event, to a very high standard and the range is superb. We offer a large range of lunch options catering for most dietary requirements, however you if need something particular please let us know by calling or using the contact us form below.
Can you recommend a local hotel?
Yes; we have preferential rates with a hotel group, so please contact us for further details.
Can I cancel..what happens?
Yes, of course you cancel…we’d love you to join another date, however, if you can’t, that’s not a problem.
Our t’s and c’s say you need to have informed us in writing at least 21 days before the event is due to run or you will incur a charge. Please inform us as soon as you can - check the detail here for more information: Thinking HR T's & C's
Can I substitute a participant?
Yes, and without charge. We know some other event companies add an admin fee on to do that, but we don’t.
Where is the training being held?
Our venue partners are ETC venues and Qbic Hotels. Your joining instructions will confirm the venue address.

When will I receive my joining instructions?
Within 3 days of making a booking, you will receive an email from our support team with all the details.
How can I pay?
Either by credit or debit card or by invoice. We ask that you supply an order number with your booking. If paying by card, your payment will be processed by stripe, one of the largest online payment portals in the world.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. we process a large amount of online payments and we keep your data safe.
